  • New this year is the Peppermint Bear Scavenger Hunt! Peppermint sent her cubs to get decorations from Hendersonville’s downtown merchants to spruce up their den before they hibernate for a long winter’s nap, but the cubs haven’t come back yet and she is worried! Starting November 29th, Help Peppermint locate her cubs and be eligible for some great prizes. You’ll find her cubs at 22 different locations along Main Street and in the 7th Avenue Historic District.
To start, stop by any of the participating locations, including the Visitor Center, where you can pick up the brochure to be stamped and completed. Once you’ve found at least half of her cubs, turn in the completed form from the brochure to Peppermint’s mailbox, located outside the Visitor Center. Winners will be selected at the end of December, after the scavenger hunt has been completed.
Find out more about this family-friendly scavenger hunt through downtown Hendersonville by stopping in the Visitor Center or online at the link in our bio.
