As part of the annual Cider, Wine & Dine Weekend, come to Appalachian Ridge to listen to live music performed by our Nashville favorite Brian Ashley Jones on the patio, while drinking your cider or beer. Purchase lunch from a food truck that will be on-site. Beer from Hendersonville’s Oklawaha Brewing Co will be available. This is the only cidery that overlooks the orchard where the apples are grown. Test your skills at the giant apple slingshot. Prizes given for accuracy.
As part of the annual Cider, Wine & Dine Weekend, hear music by the Eric Congdon Trio, while drinking Saint Paul Mountain Vineyard wines. A food truck will be available with an amazing menu. Outdoor seating is located adjacent to the vineyards. For dessert try a wine float made with local ice cream and their award-winning blackberry wine!

We have been patiently waiting for the release of our estate grown red wines which have been beautifully aging in French oak barrels. On this Saturday only, as a part of the Cider, Wine & Dine Weekend, we invitie you to Stone Ashe Vineyard to partake in an early barrel tasting of our left bank Bordeaux blend (Cabernet Sauvignon & Petit Verdot) and our right bank Bordeaux blend (Merlot, Cabernet Franc, & Cabernet Sauvignon). Our wine maker, Chris Denesha of Pleb Urban Winery in Asheville, will guide you through a tasting of each blend. Do not miss your chance to be one of the few people to taste these blends early, otherwise you will have to wait until winter 2021!

Bonfires will be going, and s’mores will be available for you to roast as you sit back and relish the view. Breedlove’s Food truck will be on-site with sandwich favorites, homemade ice cream and fresh donuts. Appalachian Ridge Ciders, Wines and Beer will be available. Coffee shop will be open with Sharewell coffee being served. This event will be outside, but don’t worry if it’s chilly the fire pits will keep you warm! Limited to 25 guests. Reservations required. Attendees must be over 21 years of age – proof of ID will be required at the event. The Horse Shoe Farm will not be able to accommodate dietary substitutions at this event. Event costs $135 + sales tax.
