Brevard Music Festival: Garrick Ohlsson Plays Beethoven

In the Season Finale, Maestro Keith Lockhart closes the 85th Anniversary Season with Tchaikovsky’s electrifying Fourth Symphony, and the return of BMC favorite Garrick Ohlsson, a pianist of “magisterial interpretive and technical prowess,” in Beethoven’s 4th Piano Concerto. Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 4 will also be performed.

Celebrate the 100th birthday of the brilliant Argentine composer Astor Piazzolla, master of the tango, who revolutionized the traditional dance into a new sound incorporating elements from jazz and classical music.
