Hendersonville’s cideries and wineries come together to showcase their best flavors during the second annual Cider, Wine & Dine Weekend, April 15-18, 2021. The event includes happenings at wineries, cideries and tasting rooms throughout Henderson County. The Cider, Wine & Dine Weekend celebrates the heritage of the apple industry in Henderson County. It is a weekend filled with a long list of activities and tastings.  The Weekend brings the booming hard cider industry home to Henderson County, where so many producers source their fruit. It is held in April during the apple blossom season.  The blooming season is a critical time to determine the size of the fall apple harvest.
